I Offer complete computer Repair and software upgrades in the Rancho Santa Margarita, California and the surrounding areas. I don't do computer repair work on the weekends or holidays and I only work by Appointment Only. I have a diploma in PC repair and have been working on computers for the last 11 1/2 years. I can fix your Pc and also set you up with a new PC. My Repair Policy is if I can't find the problem you don't pay. I do most repairs at my home because of my other job this way i can work on your system at night. You may drop off the system at my home when you schedule an appointment please let me know the time you will be dropping off your system and when you need it back.. If you would like me to come to you for the repair also please schedule an appointment.
Repairs: After an initial diagnosis is carried out, I will determine the most efficient and cost effective way of repairing the fault. I will contact you with an estimate for the repairs. Once you have authorized me, I will go ahead with the work.
In the unlikely event that I cannot repair your system no charges will apply.
Upgrades: Often the most cost effective way to speed up your PC or to improve it is to upgrade one or more of the internal components. For example a speed gain can be improved by increasing the amount of memory in your system. Or upgrading to a faster processor. I can advise you on the best course of action and carry out any work required.
Software: Some of the software related repairs and upgrades I can carry out are: Upgrade your operating system (depending on your hardware being compatible) Remove viruses and install software to prevent re-infection Remove spyware / adware, Malware, Trojans, Worms and other potentialy harmful software that may be installed on your computer and install software to prevent re-infection Install and configure parental control software Feel free to email or call me if you would like any advice or have a query on my services.
